Redpath's
9100E Stand-Off Shelter Arch
has proven itself to be a most efficient and dependable
structure. Popular for dairy, pork, beef and bird production,
the 9.1m series is simple and speedy to construct
whilst also offering a very good environmental living
standard for livestock.
The
9.1m arch roof trusses are manufactured from
strong box section RHS steel. This is roll formed
by a computer controlled steel section bender, giving
great accuracy and strength to the design.
The
9100E series is clad in super long-life Durashelter 230 micron. The cladding is
fastened to the structure with Redpath's patented aluminium
lockstrip or Duralock 2 film holding system.
All
posts and footings are hot-dipped galvanised and coated
for resistance to animal effluent and all structural connections
are fully bolted for long-life and straightforward construction.
The
9100E Arch design may be constructed on a post sidewall
height of up to 3.5m which improves the internal
above head workspace available.
